Shipping, Delivery & Exchanges
All Humble Outlaw items are made just for you when you order. It takes 3-7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order. If there are multiple items in your order, they may be processed and shipped separately.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.
At checkout, Humble Outlaw displays live shipping rates with estimated delivery dates, when available, so you can decide the best option for you. Generally, flat rate shipping takes 3-4 business days (which is in addition to order fulfillment).
- Any claim for damaged/misprinted/lost items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received or the estimated delivery date.
- Do not return any items prior to being given instructions by Humble Outlaw.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
Our printing and fulfillment partner takes many quality control steps before shipping out an order. However, if a misprinted item was accidentally let through the quality control or an item was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Please contact us about a damaged or misprinted item with photos, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
Lost Items
If your package has been marked delivered and you are unable to find your items, please check with neighbors and your local Post Office and wait 2-3 business days to see if your package arrives. We are not able to contact the USPS for you, it must be done by the customer. Alternately, please double-check the address used for this order. Please contact us about a lost item.
- Each product includes a size chart. Use this to help you determine what size to order.

Exchanges
We want our apparel to fit comfortably, and we understand that sometimes you debate between sizes based on the chart. In case something doesn’t fit right, Humble Outlaw will offer one (1) exchange per customer in consecutive six (6) month period for a different size of the same product. Any request to exchange an item must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received or the estimated delivery date. To qualify for an exchange, an item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. We will not accept an item that has been worn, laundered, or altered in any way. *It has to be in a condition that we can resell, and you’d be happy receiving.*
The shipping cost of returning an exchange item will be paid by the customer. Exchanges will not be processed until products have been received and the product’s condition has been confirmed. Once confirmed, please allow time for your new item to be printed and shipped. Flat rate shipping will be used for the new item. Please contact us for instructions on how to begin your exchange.
Returns
Due to the print-on-demand process for our products, we cannot accept a return for a refund currently. Feel free to exchange your apparel item as described above.
